I've checked the official website and it appears that the program is exclusive to Windows Phone. A search on their website for the term Android returns no results at all. The best way to get information about NaviComputer is through its admin. Take the email address found below and send an email to the developer asking him if or when an Android release will appear or even that's planned or possible.
